UV/Vis on-column detector

Overview of TriSep ™ –2100 UV/Vis On-column Detector

Unimicro's TriSep ™ UV/Vis detector is made for on-column detection technologies, specially for pressurized Capillary Electro-Chromatography (pCEC) systems, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) system and micro-HPLC. It is a high-performance and multi-functional ultra-violet visible spectrophotometric on-column detector, incorporating both deuterium and tungsten halogen lamps. Each unit has 3 measurement modes - single wavelength, dual wavelength and wavelength scanning.

Features of TriSep™ –2100 UV/Vis On-column Detector

  • Excellent S/N ratio performance

An improved optical system and a high-order digital filter have enhanced the unit's Signal to Noise ratio. Enhanced wavelength accuracy, reproducibility, and broader wavelength range measurement have heightened the unit's basic performance.

  • Advanced functions

The dual wavelength mode provides chromatograms or ratio chromatograms of two wavelengths simultaneously, and the wavelength-scanning mode provides absorbance spectra. There is also a full set of Time Program functions.

  • No optical alignment needed when lamps are replaced

Adjustment of the optical alignment is not required when the lamps are replaced. The deuterium lamp has a longer life than previous models. And the unit records the total time that the lamp has been used.
