With 10-year-experience, UNIMICRO produces a wide variety of excellent columns. Our product range includes both analytical and preparative grades. All of them are packed with the world famous brand packing materials (Daiso, Kromasil, etc.) by our outstanding techniques of packing under carefully controlled conditions. They are suitable for various applications including medicines and pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, food ingredients and biomolecules.
The company's unique bonding technology enables Globalsil™ ODS-BP series especially suitable for low water content of organic solvent mobile phase environment. Using the traditional bonding technology to produce the conventional stationary phase under chromatographic conditions in this water, brush-shaped C18-chain collapse will occur, resulting in deterioration of peak shape; and Globalsil™ ODS-BP in which the mobile phase to maintain good peak shape . The advantage of greatly increased the water column in the mobile phase selectivity of the analysis of hydrophilic substances and polar substances has been fully embodied. Typical applications for use in separation of biological molecules and metabolites, such as oligosaccharides, amino acids, small peptides, nucleotides and organic acids.
Globalsil™ ODS-BP is completely end-capped stationary phase, when the reversed-phase mode separation of hydrophoompounds with the convbic centional C18 stationary phase with a similar selectivity.
Globalsil™ ODS-BP stationary phase in the neutral environment, and no ions have a stable environment, the baseline and high sensitivity, is ideal for a variety of hyphenated techniques, such as LC-MS.
100% pure water as mobile phase and the system will not cause collapse of functional groups. With pyrimidine and phenol as the measured object, using columns of pure water will, after 100 hours, two kinds of material selectivity and separation made no difference.

Globalsil™ODS-BP SERIES
Globalsil™ ODS-BP phases are designed to show extended selectivity for hydrophilic and polar compounds which are either not or poorly retained on other phases. A proprietary modification technique avoids the matting-down effect of the C18 chains which conventional ODS-phases show at high water contents in the mobile phase, even if pure water is used. Typical applications are separations of biomolecules and metabolites such as oligosaccharides, amino acids, small peptides, nucleotides and organic acids.
Daisogel ODS-BP phases are fully end-capped and show similar selectivity as conventional C18 phases when being used for separations of hydrophobic compounds with typical reversed phase eluents.
Daisogel ODS-BP phases show stable base lines and high sensitivity even under neutral pH conditions and without buffer or counter-ion additives, which makes them especially suited for hyphenated techniques like LC-MS, where such additives disturb the detection.
- Suitable for hydrophilic compounds separation
- Strong retention in aqueous condition
- Longer lifetime in aqueous eluents
- Different selectivity from ODS-AP
- Enhanced mechanical stability
- Suitable for Dynamic Axial Compression Columns

| Cellobiose and sucrose and other sugars in the two Globalsil™ ODS-BP column able to be effectively separated. These two sugars are monosaccharide units from different composition, with different hydrophobic. Globalsil™ ODS-BP column is fully capable to identify these small ifferences. |

Globalsil™- C8
-
Design for hydrophobic substances
-
The most common mode of RP-HPLC
-
There are four types of filler aperture choice, flexibility, strong
Globalsil™- C8 series is completely closed at the end of filling, with n-octyl bonding filler recommended for the C18 stationary phase of compounds with strong reservations.
There are four 6,12,20,30 µm pore size packing specifications, customers can choose according to the solute molecular size and flexible in order to optimize the separation.
With 20µm and 30µm pore size of the column packing is widely used in the separation of hydrophobic molecules process ?

Globalsil™ Si series of column packing used in a spherical porous and has a smooth surface of the ultra-pure silica gel, Al, Fe, Ti, Zi and other metal impurities content less than 10ppm, after careful and strict monitoring of the process of control production. Unique particle separation method to ensure that the precise particle size distribution. Under the same conditions, for different sizes of particles bonded end-capped, and thus obtain the same selectivity, retention time. |
