Instruments
Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent: methanol(HPLC grade);deionized water; phosphoric acid;Sodium dihydrogen phosphate ;oxytetracycline
