Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent： methanol（HPLC grade）；deionized water； phosphoric acid；Sodium dihydrogen phosphate ；oxytetracycline
Conditions
Column：Capillary C18
Mobile phase： CH3OH : 10mM NaH2PO4 buffer = 40 : 60 (pH = 2.3, H3PO4)
