Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent： Acetonitrile（HPLC grade）；deionized water； phosphoric acid；Sodium dihydrogen phosphate；felodipine；nicardipine
Conditions
Column：Capillary molecular imprinted monolithic column
Mobile phase：ACN: Phosphate = 40 : 60
Flow：0.02 ml/min
Wavelength：236 nm
Temperature：Room temperature
