Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technology Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent：Acetonitrile（HPLC）；Deionized water；TEA；Compound Reserpine and hydrochlorothiazide

Mobile phase：Acetonitrile : water : TEA = 25 : 75 : 0.1（V/V） Flow：0.2 ml/min
