Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technology Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent:Acetonitrile(HPLC);Deionized water;TEA;Compound Reserpine and hydrochlorothiazide

Mobile phase:Acetonitrile : water : TEA = 25 : 75 : 0.1(V/V) Flow:0.2 ml/min
