Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent：Methanol（HPLC grade）；Deionized water；Acetic acid； Compound Aspirin
Conditions
Column：Capillary C18
Mobile phase：Methanol: water: acetic acid = 50:48:2
Flow：0.2 ml/min
Wavelength：254 nm
