Experiments were performed on a TriSep™-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent： methanol（HPLC grade）；deionized water；TEA； phosphoric acid；Sodium dihydrogen phosphate；Thiamine hydrochloride (VB₁)； Pyridoxine HCl (VB₆)； Niacinamide；
Conditions
Column：Capillary C ₁₈
Mobile phase：A: Methanol
B: 10mM NaH2PO4 buffer, 0.3%TEA, pH=2.3(H₃PO₄)
A: B = 10 : 90
Flow：0.2 ml/min
