Mobile phase: A, 0.1% (V/V) TFA in 2% (V/V) acetonitrile/water; B, 0.1% (V/V) TFA in 98% (V/V) acetonitrile/water;
Linear gradient: 0% to 50% B in 30 min;
Pressure applied on capillary column: 14.8 Mpa;
Estimated injection volume: 20 nl;
Detector wavelength: 214 nm.
