Comparison of separations of 5 peptides

1 Experimental Section
1.1 Instruments and Reagent
Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent:Methanol(HPLC grade);deionized water;phosphoric acid;Sodium lauryl sulphate;active protein
1.2 Conditions
Column:Capillary C18
Mobile phase:
A: methanol: 0.1M NaH2PO4 solution = 10 : 90 , pH=2.7(H3PO4)
B: methanol
Gradient:
Flow 0.1 ml/min
Wavelength:21 0nm
Temperature:Room temperature
Back pressure:2000 Psi
2 Results
