1 Experimental Section
1.1 Instruments:
Experiments were performed on a TriSepTM-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent： Methanol（HPLC grade）；deionized water; ethanol (AR)
1.2 Conditions
Column：Capillary C18
Mobile phase：A: methanol : water = 10 : 90
B: methanol
Gradient：0-100%B in 20 minutes
Flow:0.1 ml/min
High voltage: -5 kV
Wavelength：210 nm
Temperature：Room temperature
Back pressure：2000 Psi
