b) 0.1% (V/V) phosphoric acid in 10% (V/V) acetonitrile, applied voltage: -5 kV;
c) Gradient elution: buffer A: 0.1% (V/V) phosphoric acid in 10% (V/V) acetonitrile, buffer B: 0.1% (V/V) phosphoric acid in 30% (V/V) acetonitrile ,
Linear gradient : B% from 0% to 30% in 15min ,
Applied voltage: -5 kV;
Pressure applied on column: 14 Mpa;
Injection volume: 2 nl;
Sample: green tea extract;
Detector wavelength: UV 280 nm;
Peaks: 1. EC; 2. EGCE; 3.GCG; 4. ECG
