HW Workstation.
Back-presure Restrictor ：1000psi
Reagent ：Methanol (HPLC) ; Redistilled Water ; Sample ：Exploder (toluene enrichment)
The method of solution confect ：Take fitting samples , use mobile phase dissolve ,dilute to 0.1mg/ml.Before used, filtrated 0.22 mm filter

1.2 Chromatography Conditions

Capillary column：100 mm ID packed with 3 mm ODS-PH, overall length 32 cm, effective length 20 cm
Mobile Phase ： CH3OH/H2O = 60/40(V/V)
Pump flow rate ： 0.02 ml/min
Back-presure ：1000 psi
Detection ：235 nm
Temperature：Room temperature

2. Chromatogram

CH3OH/H2O=70/30(V/V)

Applied voltage: -5KV
