Experiments were performed on a TriSep™-2010 Capillary Electrochromatography system (Shanghai Unimicro Analytical Technologies Co., Ltd.) with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software.
Reagent:
methanol（HPLC grade）；TEA；HAc；celiprolol
Conditions:
Column：Capillary EP-150-20-5-CBV
Mobile phase： CH3OH:TEA:HAc = 100:0.1:0.1
Flow：0.2ml/min
Wavelength：254 nm
Temperature：Room temperature
