Experimental conditions:
Instrument: TriSep-2010 GV CEC system with a 0-30 kV high voltage power supply, a high speed scanning UV detector, a solvent delivery system and HW system software;
Column: 200 mm×150μm I.D. capillary packed with 5μm vanco;
Mobile phase: 0.1% (V/V)TEA and 0.1% (V/V) HAc in methanol;
Injection volume: 20 nl;
Detector wavelength: 254 nm;
